Reservation Policy:

Reservations are highly recommended and subject to availability.

A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation letter from Candy Candy.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact Candy Candy at least 2 hours in advance.

Failure to cancel within the specified time may result in a cancellation fee.

New year’s, Valentines and Public Holiday Occasions, Candy Candy applies pre-payment bookings and applies a different specific cancelation policy.

Menu and Pricing:

Candy Candy reserves the right to change the menu, dish availability, and prices without prior notice.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service at Candy Candy.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

Dress Code:

Candy Candy Dress Code is Elegant. Please adhere to Candy Candy's dress code policy. Management reserves the right to refuse service based on inappropriate attire.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

Inform the team at Candy Candy of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes.

Service Charge:

A service charge is applied and will be added additional to your bill. Service charge details are communicated at the bottom of the menu.

Parking Card Stamp Policy:

Visiting Candy Candy, Highly recommended to park at the Mall Underground Parking and Walk straight to Candy Candy!
